The cord is to bad to plug in. The ball itself appears to be discolored and stained here and there. The brass band around the base is oxidized. Please look at the pitcures for condition. If condition is a problem on itesm you buy, do not bid. Remember buyign as is. Rate was based on a zone 7 parcel post. Delivery confirmation si required.
