Jackson Bell Peacock 62 Cathedral Tube Radio WorksI found this old jackson bell peacock from 1931 at a local estate sale. It has seen better days as far as the cabinet goes. The front has broken pieces as you can see in the pics. The good news is the peacock speaker grille is in great condition. The trim pieces around the base of the cabinet are also in good shape. The arch sides are in good condition but needs refinishing. The right person could restore this caibnet back to what it should look like. The chassis is in working but unrestored condition. It actulaly pulls in stations across the am band and has plenty of clean power. It does rqeuire some antenna wire to pull anything in. This radio is sold in as found and as-is condition and will be a great restoration project or parts radio. High bidder pays actual shipping via fedex ground (i use the ups ground calculator because ebay doesn't offer a fedxe calc. The priec is pretty much the same).
