Zenith Tombstone RadioZenith model 5s29a table radio circa 1930's. This one is in fairly good condition. Three problems that i acn find. 1 a piece of gingerbread trim is missing (picture #3). This could be made using the matching piece (picture #4) as a pattern.
2 one tube is missing (6b6). 3 knobs are not original. Otherwise chassis and cabinet are in good shape.
No ruts or veneer problems and speaker is in excellent condition. A little tlc wolud make this a nice piece. No reserve. On oct-04-08 at 113910 pdt, seller added the following information i just packed this set up, double boxed and protected. Howveer weight is more than i anticipated at 38 lbs.
The calculated weight in this ad wsa set at 27 lbs. So figure about 11 additional pounds for shipping.
